Since Julia Wolfe's image was a 1 time only picture I decided to change the way she looks. I want to include in my sig the following:

1. It must say Associate Deputy Director Julia Wolfe somewhere (Title at top, name at bottom)
2. Include a Guardian
3. The Liberty Logo
4. Background at your discretion or Alaska/Ellesmere
5. Must say Liberty Security Force

Also a Communication avatar using that same image, just an avatar there, no fancy communication stuff. I will link my old one to show what I mean

Now....about a communication avatar I tried something new, never did color animation before.
If it isn't that great I`ll do another one tomorrow without animation.
