Ugh. Same problem as Omega 49.
I nominate Sigma 19 it has a bunch of nice features and very scenic.
Gorgeous stars, Nebulas that crackle with lightning and damper the sensors, two hidden planets, gorgeous planet with OS&C liner orbiting it, a golden asrerois field looking like a halo from afar even having one of those far off JG's with no lanes leading to it is one of the lesser commonf features. All of it is Vanilla too :)
Edit add: Also it's been a nexus hub for GMG| as it is a very transitory system with 5 JHs, 2 JG's and one more JG coming next mod.
