Chipsets has been sanctioned for:

That is not roleplay. No, not even if I would put this all together into one sentence.
For a new player, this would lead to a warning only. But I fear you are not new.
No you even crossed our desk with your Corsair Dreadnought before.
I will fine 50 millions off your ship. Since your ship Chipsets does not have that much money, I will take it from the other ones.
Still no 50 millions on there........well I take 20 millions off your trader and the two AU Mark VIII. That makes 50 millions in total.
Consequences:
-50 Million credits fined in total credits and equipment
-Sanction Notification in hold
