I assume it is not fine to give someone all bots n bats, dock rebuy and give again.
How to prove it and which rule covers it?
why exactly should it not be right? - ships like the repair ship are meant to do that

however - giving bots in a fight involves you into the fight - hence ... docking = fleeing

and ... not everything needs to be proved. - sometimes speaking to the people to make them see reason helps ( without threatening ). other than that.... one can also just suck it up... and consider the other side "better organized" ... and leave with dignity.
its a low thing to do. very low.
quite frankly ... i see nothing low about it.

assuming i am alone - and i m attacking another person.

then a friend of that person shows up - or an affiliated / allied faction. that person decides to support my enemy with bats and bots ( like ... VHF vs. VHF - friend shows up in a destroyer but decides to feed only )

in that suggested setting - there was a nearby base at which to re-supply the stocks of bats / bots. - and i was so good, that the enemy used up all the fed bots / bats already - and the friend had to restock to feed again.

now - question to you ( the one that was fighting the person who got fed )

- why don t you leave he fight when the odds turn against you? - RP means to survive in the first place, cause you cannot RP when you re dead. - and when the odds turn so much against you ( out numbered, maybe outgunned ... and especially out-smarted )

- why is there a fight near a base vs. an enemy that is friendly with that base - doesn t it suggest that you re fighting on the other persons turf?

- if thats not the case - why not just dock with the station yourself - to safe your life?

..

is it unfair? - well... yes. pvp is fair, rp is unfair. RP means to seek out advantages over an enemy - pvp is more about competitiveness. - but to be honest, its no more unfair than a pair of bombers vs. an unescorted destroyer, a pair of VHF vs. an unesorted bomber .. or the most common -.... anything vs. a transport.

however - if we only consider the pvp / duel aspect... yes, its low.

edit: you re free to explain to me why in a RP enviroment wish a focus on pvp it is wrong to feed bats/bots.

about the prove if someone docked / undocked to refeed. - you can screenshot the hold of the enemy with timestamps of the chatlog. - that can fuction as prove, if you re able to pull it off in a pvp. you can also screenshot another player docking or leaving the 10k of the fight with a chatlog timestamp. its basicly just like a disengaging enemy. - so i guess, you d need 4 screens minimum + your word at least.
I had a similar situation once, 3 vs 3 fight, one combattant runs beyond 10k and comes back fully restocked and shares his regens with the other 2 without engaging again himself.
This is still considered reengaging, because the resupplyer has an impact on the outcome of the fight even if he doesn't shoot.
Not to mention he is supposed to leave the system anyway.

so, resupplying is fine rules wise, but gets you involved into the fight. Docking = fleeing, resupplying after docking = reengaging.
If you are flying a vanilla ship you'll end up like this after 1 new bots load.

Or like this...

It's rather fun though.

But yeah it can become annoying maybe try to draw them away from bases and kill anyone who's next to the fight.
Any form is getting involved of the fight you died/ran from is counted as re-engaging as Wuselkobold said.
But in liberty the re-suppliers are always caps. And yes I also do accept nano's.
I won't except them if the guy supplying them docks and then wants to give more.
Then I'm just lost and probably have to bail out of the fight.
Just shoot them if you see them giving bots/bats, that way they have to stay in the fight or leave.
It is a low thing to do, but it is perfectly legal.
I think Jinx has done a really good job about the whole RP aspect of trading off bots/bats and I think he makes a really good point.

Look at it in an Real life scenario, if you're fighting someone in real life where the outcome of the duel will directly result on your life, or the lack of it thereof, I think you'd do pretty much all it takes to save yourself!

And this, in particular, i something we call a "home advantage".
So it is fine if I run my repair ship back and forth to the big carrier ship over there and keep stuffing him up and redocking again and again? Doesnt that seem bit WRONG?

Also, how you prove it really? If it is illegal, it is kind of hard to prove. I do not take screens every 10 seconds just to make sure other side wont go rule abusing on me to take advantage.
