Me and my friends have recently joined the discovery server, and on the whole it's been great fun and I thank Wolfpack for setting it all up for us.

Seeing we've decided to play as pirates we've been attacked, and thats absolutely cool. Unfortunately after obliterating three major offensives now, it's really getting abusive. Not only have certain members of RM and SF been F1ing to regain shields, despite us asking them repeatedly to stop, they've been accusing us of doing the same.

Samus has gone around claiming we've broken rules, here are some classics for you all:

1. We used nanos/shields against fighters.
Yeah, you've just forgotten to mention there was a battleship and cruiser involved in that battle. Nice one, really. Oh wait, hold on. What the heck is wrong with using nanos/shields, seeing everybody else is using them? I don't see a rule saying we can't. Moron.

2. We've used F1.
Never happened, in fact it's quite the contrary. We play as pirates, but we obey the damn rules. All the police factions seem to be absolute hypocrits in this regard.

3. We attack convoys without provocation.
We ask them nicely for one million, and if they don't hand it over they get blown up. Does this not conform to your pre-school combat tactics? They're above level 24, heck, they're about level 50.

4. Whine whine whine you've broken the rules.
What rules?

5. Abuse
Fight fire with fire. Or in this case, get a huge cold bucket of water and dump it over the berks.

Now I'm sorry, but we've done nothing wrong. Perhaps SF, AW and RM are not used to losing - especially when they outnumber those they fight 2:1. But hey, you guys lost. It's a game, don't make it personal. Refine your tactics or something, or, alternatively, take a running jump into a industrial vat of boiling water. We're providing competition, have fun.

I'm perfectly happy to talk to any of the admins regarding this, and prepared to confront any other ridiculous accusations you might dream up.

So that wasn't you that logged off and logged back on?, and Reverent Didn't land on Berlin man, i must be seeing things.

Well, here If you guys Did nothing wrong then whatever, im Tired of you guys logging on and Bitching that everyones F1ing, blah blah blah, every though that maybe people don't want to fight you??? guess that never cross yur mind did it, Thing before you act please.

Ok, now i'm really confused.

Sam says you guys attacked her, without warning or declaring intentions, and that to keep her cargo that was just about damn irreplaceable, she F1'd. Understandable. She also says that when she got to New Berlin, you guys continued to attack her. Your in three Hugenot cruisers. She had a... a what? A train? A fighter? Anyway, three cruisers is a damn good fighting force. She says that when she fought you guys that you F1'd out so you wouldn't get blown up. We also have the evidence of some rather nasty talk here, like Torp whore and so on.

Now you come in and say you did nothing of the sort, and that it is in fact Samus who is a fault here!

Personal Problems with this:
#1: Sam, I hate to say this, but if you had such precious cargo, why didn't you say "Guys, Could you not attack me today? I've got this cargo that I really can't afford to lose here, and if you blow me up it gets lost forever." That might have solved a lot of problems. You guys could have agreed with that, right? I'm sure you have had times where if you lose your cargo it would be a major setback, right?
#2: 3 Cruisers!? Isn't that a little excessive?
#3: Your in cruisers. Why would you have to F1? The only times you should F1 are if your stuck inside a base, switching characters (Only if your first isn't under attack or landed), or trying to save a cargo that can't be replaced and after which you run for your life.
#4: Ok, this isn't a written rule, but it is unwritten that cap ships, when fighting a fighter, can't use Batts or Bots. Otherwise the fighter has no chance to survive.
#5: The name-calling was childish and very uncalled for. I don't care that Sam was using Trops! Torp were designed to take out bases and cap ships, under which the Hugenot falls! To use one of your favorite quotes, "Play the game or shut the **** up."

Ya know what? How about we just drop this right now. Drop it, leave it on the floor, and never pick it back up again. Then, Igiss (wonderful Igiss) comes in and lays down the Law. Then we all can read them, go "Ok, that's how it is now" and get on with our lives. Any questions? No? Good. 'Cause i'm starting to get a little tired of all of this... from both sides.

Yeah well know what's interesting? That someone form this new faction -=?=- is obsessed by my nick.I've seen 3 versions on the server and I was telling someone in my clan that it is absurd.By the way if anyone insults you check well the name.If it hasn't {TG} it is not me !
And I think now the bad guys just appeared on the server :D

well i have been experiancing the same with that i tracked a guy down and got trough his Cruiser shields then he f1nd out of the fight and got his Fighter

i think thats cowardly

Tzunami what are you talking about? I think he did read the posts as his post made sence. I dont know why you just posted that.

Anyway. We now have 3-4 people who have said that Cardmine and his friends were F1ing out of multiple fights. So I think when Cardmine said he wasn't he was lying. Right now he is being hunted by AW. we ask the other factions to help as I can't stand this cowardess on our server. He is worse then Venom was the first time he got on the server. (Though Venom is being much better now.)

Now there is a bit more of evidence than when we attacked them tonight... So i must apologize to Sam for thinking she was exagerating things... :$

And yes, venom has improved a lot. im happy to see that.

I have been on holiday for a week, after only playing on the server for 3 days. I was already part of -=?=- at this time, and as a result, I dont really know whats been going on the past 4 and a half days, however, I do know exactly what happened today.

I was on my way to New Berlin to recieve money to buy the clan a freighter, then do some runs. On the way, I picked up another freighter, loaded with luxuary consumer goods. Being a pirate-focused clan, I alerted Cardamine and the other -=?=- players who were on at the time to the target, as they were nearby, and the loot was high value enough to be worth a quick raid. As cardimine arived, he sent a threat asking for 1 million credits. This is a perfectly reasonable ammount, the profits from the selling of the cargo would have covered it.

he freighter RESPONDED to the message, in system chat. I cant remember exactly what was said, but it was some sort of light-hearted rant. The freighter then docked to planet hamburg, and F1'd to a fighter account.

As far as we saw it, this was a failed attempt at piracy, so we left the area and returned to new berlin. I purchased my freighter and begun trading. Meanwhile, the freighters alt-account formed with a battleship and a cruiser, and they moved to attack Cardimine. At the time of the attack, I was entering Planet New Berlin area, where the three of them showed up on sensors. Cardimine noticed their hostile intent, I belive that they fired the first shot, not us, and begun engaging to cover me while I docked and sold/purchased new cargo. We then both retreated to the sigma 13 system, only to be persued. I managed to sell my cargo, and took an alternate route to New Tokyo to avoid the attackers. Cardimine ran from them in cruise for a good 10 minutes, before landing and having to log out, as he was going out. They had more than enough time to engage, disrupt and destroy him, and he was outgunned and outnumberd. After he logged out, I returned to trade, and later, was caught off guard by the three attackers. I was asked to halt, then subsiquently destroyed without warning, after I halted, but there was no problem with this, and all hard feelings were smoothed out shortly after, and I continued trading.

That is exactly what I experienced today, and as I said, i have no idea what has happened over the last 4 days.
