Valleta_Outpost has been sanctioned for:

Exceptions to this rule are:

b) Terrorist, Nomad, Wild, Phantom ID players;
c) LSF or Liberty Navy Guard vessels operating within Zone 21 or Alaska;
d) Order Guard vessels operating within Alaska or Omicron Minor;
e) Blood Dragon Guard vessels within Chugoku;
f) Corsair Guard vessels within Omicron Gamma;
g) Outcast Guard vessels within Omicron Alpha;
h) Guard ID players in their -own- associated Guard system.
i) Special OP players within the guidelines of their approved RP.

Consequences: Your cap ship was the one doing all of the talking to the freighters and transports that your friend was attacking. And you were close enough (less than 500M) from the shooting, that puts you involved and right in the middle of it - which is not allowed. Your guns are now missing, and your cargo hold now contains your sanction notice (only).

Now im sorry but I must object to this.
As you state

Can you deifine who this was. The only person that Ive been in that situation was with a mafic. A mafic sir. A heavy fighter. Thats when I was rp'n and a fellow outcast in the tridente fires upon him randomly during rp then the mafic turns on me and does his thing with the snac's he had. .Note the tridnete engaged when I was about 10 seconds from finishing the rp and engaging him cause he wasnt leaving.

So I was not informed by the outcast that he was going to engage that miner. So in no way was I part of it. Only when I retaliated after the miner engaged me. Should It not be the tridente in trouble rather than me?

If this is not the situation please inform me, I believe that I have played with reasonable actions and will try to make sense of this consequence.

Also if you must know because of your whole removing of the weapons and cruise disruptors I was in the middle of the system unable to escape and funny enough I died.
