In theory all stations have no-firing-zones. It's just a matter of who's listening, and who's enforcing.

Whereas going 'Westpoint NFZ!' makes everyone troll you for the rest of your time here.
If it's a Freeport, it has a NFZ regardless of its controlling or enforcing faction.

As it has always been, Freeports are No Fire Zones. Zoners were just the one's the enforced it.
