Discovery Gaming Community

I need something that I can (safely) Download that's similar to photoshop, MS paint is getting old.

needs to be free,
no viruses (download from a reputable source)
preferable without signing up for some account
and not just a trail version,

any suggestions?

Both are very similar to Photoshop, and are free. I'm personally more comfortable working with these than gimp. I don't like the way gimp does some of its transparency. All personal preference. As I learned with Photoshop, I'm partial to it and similar programs.
