Hernando.Gonzales has been sanctioned for:

Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

When did this happen? Not to disrespect the administration here, but this doesn't seem right somehow -- I don't recall attacking a single person without RP. However, I do recall a certain player just engaging me without saying a word, but I figured maybe it was some sort of on going RP from the day before so I didn't report it. Maybe someone is holding a grudge for having had their alternate blown up. I'm concerned that perhaps they turned around and screenshotted it like they were defending themselves when really it was I who was defending myself. This has been known to happen, has it not? Is there anyway I can see the proof?

If this is the same Gonzales I remember Im glad they finally got you!...A `Gonzalas' attacked me a few weeks ago with no warning except "I hate Bunters"....so if this is you, you got what you deserved...if not...never mind:)

I would like to apologize to whoever the victim was again. I figured since you came back and I sent you a bunch of credits in compensation that it would have been like it never happened in RP and maybe you would've overlooked it. I explained to your partner I was sorry but I guess sorry didn't cut it. Have fun out there...
