Welcome to the market, boy. To be honest I don't approve such behaviour but it's perfectly legal and that's good RP. He is a true merchant. And you have few solutions:
1. Raise the prices yourself.
2. Talk to him and make a deal to lower prices for making more profit.
3. Don't play with your powertrader when he dominates the market.
