Taxpayers in liberty are unhappy. Pirates are running rampant, jobs are being outsourced, and they are footing a losing / profitless war. The Liberty Navy, arguably the biggest organization in liberty proper, occupies itself with doing a multitude of tasks. Amongst them, sending ships into barghest-infested fields. Scrap and asteroid fields that have literally nothing to offer the citizens of Liberty. And the navy frequently returns from these ventures with crippled fighter wings, and wrecked hulks of capitol ships.

Stopping these pirates must seem like an impossible task. However! There is an organization already, one the voting taxpayers don't give a damn about. It's called the Bounty Hunters Guild. But due to the antics of the Navy, these hunters are not hunting.

...so, I have come up with several maps, making it abundantly clear where the LN / LPI / LSF should be, and where they can leave the BHG to hunt / die.

Green is for the lawful house forces, blue is for the BHG, and red are pirate infested areas so dense, only xenos are crazy enough to visit.

What these pictures essentially show, is that the house navy, police and spooks should gtfo of debris fields and pirate bases. inRP, these places are too damn dangerous to risk flying into. Lowlife bounty hunters on the other hand, do not lose the house money if they die.

Questions? Thoughts? Naturally, the same applies to the other houses. For example, it is actually written in the Rheinland codex, that the navy do not know where pirate bases are, and do not venture into asteroid fields, ever.

If you must mods, move it to flood. Though this was posted here, not there, for a reason. And I apologize for my lack of artistic talents.

LABCs camping Rochester made the Junkers mad again?

Problem is, some don't understand what "If you get close to a Hostile Lane, You're worst than Dead." means. LNS Gunboats chasing a single Rogue to Buffalo and then camping the Base for the next 2 hours in case someone undocks? Or LABCs camping Rochester when a Pirate docks it to run from them? ... Or, Unlawful Groups pirating just 1 lane away from the Capital of a house?

Sadly, None of those understands it. Just like a similar incident a while ago when a certain group of people were "Bombarding" a Hostile Base, which is well hidden within a Nebula, and RP it as the Main Life support of the Station is failing... And when someone complains, their reply is "We followed their ships there!" - which shows they don't understand that just because they were chasing Two ships there deep in Red Lag, doesn't mean those 2 were the only defense of that perimeter.

Maybe the only solution is adding High level NPCs to surrounding of each Base, and Buffing Base Defenses. (Stronger Weap Platforms and Station Turrets)
