Guests are a highly unlikely, if not impossible, happenstance. My crew is composed of five ten person science teams, and an operational crew of one hundred men/women. Names can be supplied if needed.

Apologies for the continued interruption.

But in trying to avoid a situation in the Omicrons earlier today, I attempted to move through kusari core space. So as per the instructions given to me, I contacted a Kusari Naval officer [KNF] on duty, informed him of my desire to travel and it was granted, his/her parting statement, however, confused me.

"You have acess to move for this one time only." (name may be provided if necessary)

I acquiesced, as it would have been rather rude to argue, but I'm concerned. Is this a restriction I previously overlooked? Or was the Officer mistaken? Or merely uninformed of Archangel's Licensed status?

Until this is cleared up, I shall stay out of Kusari,
