Men and women of Our Great Republic. Yesterdays meeting with Bretonian Royal Fleet gave us hope, that finally, conflicts with other nations of Sirius will over. Anyway, even then convoy had no damage, except some scratches in Prison Liner Anciles, we are in danger. All the way, we have been followed by Maltese pilot, which claimed herself as mercenary. Anyway, in the middle of meeting, she opened fire to convoy members and have been eliminated by Bretonian pilot. In awful mistake of his, pod of loosed Outcast haven't been tractored in. The fate of her is unknown. Anyway, if she's still alive, there is big chance that she recorded all the meeting.
From now on, special interrogation program is initiated. All shotted pilots HAVE to be tractored in and transported to Sarawak ASAP. They'll be interrogated for any information they can know about meeting or other important subjects.

Once you capture and successfully transported Outcast pilot, report his or her name and additional information to this communication stream.
