I believe I may know or have a possible idea what you have done wrong. The text you use to annouce your intention to attack another player is a little misleading and looks very close to OOC text. While most people use the // to represent OOC, I have seen you use / before your messages. I would suggest that if this is indeed the case, you need to stop using the / before your messages otherwise people will believe yours using OOC.
