[Event_Horizon]Luna has been sanctioned for:
Consequences: First of all, Corsairs do NOT visit Liberty space.
Secondly, once you are defeated in an engagement, you do not return for 4 hours on any account. As a fine for twice re-engaging, your guns are gun and your hold emptied to accommodate a sanction notice. Also, you are enjoying some time in Bastille until such time as you post here explaining that you understand where Corsairs can and can't go.
