Is there any rules on how many times you can pirate one dude?
Like, say once per system?
or is it unlimited?

No limit there. If the trader runs into the pirate all the time, it's pretty much his own stupidity.

there is no limit of how much you get/ are pirating a trader,

it usualy depends on the courtesy of the pirate and the smartness of the trader

Unlimited times, the traders are exempt from the fleeing = death rule but if they keep coming around you can keep pirating them.

You know... good point. Situation:
- Pirate makes a demand of a trader.
- Trader doesn't want to get killed and complies
May pirate immediately make another demand? This would be a loophole, allowing people who are trigger happy and want blue messages to continue to make demands until a no is heared, and then pew. Even though they were payed.

i think its once per scanner contact?

It is mean, but some people need to "get" it.
Usually when i pirate someone, they get a pass for the rest of the day from me.
But if they dun respect mah authoritah, then i will hunt them down.
Especially when they say "Why you shooting me?" "That is not rp." "Stop shooting me!" "I will tell admins!"
right after succesfully escaping from me, calling me nasty names, and then getting caught again.

I dont think there are any rules about it, but the admins probably have some guidelines.

I think 0.0 would come into effect in this situation. Everyone wants to have fun here, try not to ruin others' days.
