it saying The Order is hostile to Liberty...but.....when a liberty VHF squad comes to minor....The Order NPC don't attack them....the Battleship Isis just saying "Liberty heavy fighter patrol..you are in our scanner..identify yourself"..they are not neutral..they are HOSTILE!!!Battleship Isis should kill them all and Liberty VHF should trying to attack Battleship Isis or Toledo......
