I have re-installed FL/FLMM/Discovery Launchpad and re-DL the mod...

What the hell is Discovery launchpad doing? Starting Vannila freelancer on me:(

Any other options that i could be faced with please let me know.

The problem is associated with UAC. You either need to:
- turn UAC off
- or run launchpad as administrator
- or install freelancer and the mod into a non-program files directory (http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=44642)
