Something is wrong with this program. It adds 3 sec's more to every final product.

any DAW program can do it but they are a bit (well a lot) over necessary for your needs. Just ask a friend who has a DAW program to cut it for you.
I dont know anyone who have DAW
Try Audacity instead, it's free as far as I know and has a user friendly interface.
I use Adobe Soundtrack to cut my music and set it as ringtones. However, I bought the 'Adobe Masters Collection' for $1.2k (USD) - quite expensive but worth it;)
