right its baffled me but is the TR9-D "Vengeance" Liberty Laser Turret Mk V avalibe to zoners? as they are allowed to use liberty civilian guns..
on wiki it just says the owner is Liberty

Liberty military grade weaponry, so I don't think they're free to use for Zoners.
As far as I know, only ships are classified as being house Civilian, the guns belong to the Navy.
well it should be changed to Liberty Navy for the owner cos its misleading...

Everything above class 8 house weaponry is considered Military, I think.
