Good day members of the Volksfront, allow me to introduce myself before anything has been said. My name is Paco Pistols and I'm an operative of the Lane Hackers, who are fighting against corrupted government and economy in Liberty. We are fighting for the better of Liberty citizenship, and by the rumors I heard in my Rheiland endeavors while visiting "Die Hessians" I know you're fighting for better of your own people.
The matter at hand is simple, it doesn't require too much time that is certainly valuable to us both. While I was transporting some people that were captured in Liberty and enslaved to "Die Hessian" base so they may settle, find a work and new life or maybe join one of the Rheinland revolutionist movements, I've been spotted by member of your movement, I'm not sure how much is he involved in your politics but it brought me to idea to contact you,as we didn't have contacts in the past. Now the funny side of what happened is that this person, that goes by the name of Manfredi Jaeger, helped Rheinland Millitary to stop my ship and to take this people aboard their station. I do hope they will find their way to their families or to better lives, but when government gets involved in things like this, it never ends like it should. Let me share couple of evidence acquired of the said person, military and their rather friendly relationship while I was in this situation.

Now..I'm not a violent man, at least when it's not needed. And I do not like to be threated hostile unless I managed to get that reaction on my own from people. Since our people didn't have a contact in the past we do not know how should we behave in situations like this, and since we share the same allies "Die Hessians" it would be nice to determine the status of our relationship. Are we just another Liberty citizens to be shoot like this obviously politically confused person named Mr.Jaeger stated, or there could be a diplomatic relationship like we maintain with "Die Hessians" ?

This situation indeed bothers me.
First of all the Bundschuh partei helps the polizei and rheinwehr forces only in extreme cases like defending the Vaterland against any threat what proves hostile intentions.
This is the point where I do not understand the acting of Herr Jaeger. Futhermore Im not much aware of the newest partei members. You have to understand that many of the young Rheinlanders feel very hateful against every Libertonians and cant see any difference.
I would like to mention also one more point. Nobody of the libertonian group " the lane hackers " has contacted the Budschuh. If you would contact us before you enter Rheinland we could simply avoid the whole situation and we might provide you with some safety escort what would asure that the people would arrive to their destination safely.
The diplomatic relations between the Volksfront and the Lane hackers remains still open, so you cant expect that we will threat you like our allies and let you simply let flying around Rheinland without any doubts.
If you want to change the current "not-knowing situation" we are open for any diplomatic discussions and meetings.
We are doing it for the Future, for Rheinland !

Due the nature of our non-established diplomatic relation, The Lane Hackers have come to this conclusion. My colleagues and I are willing to provide the Volksfront with any needed supplies for a predetermined fee. Our smuggling ships will not do any harm to Rheinland citizens or any pilots passing through Rheinland while they're conducting their business and as such, unharmful vessels would like a free passage trough Rheinland territory.
The nature of our business in Rheinland does not represent a threat for your goals in any way. Once the Lane Hackers overthrow the oligarchy here in Liberty we will put your own cause under careful consideration while establishing our new peaceful diplomatic relation with Rheinland.

I understand the matters you have on your hands and sorting out the internal problems is always a priority. About the supplies we're brining into Rheinland territory, the primary commodity is Counterfeit Software which we produce and handle ourself, which is used to hack into lanes and acquire valuable information and I'm sure it's helpful to Revolutionary parties in Rheinland as well. Next thing we transport from time to time are enslaved people from unlawful Liberty bases, before you jump to any conclusion I would like to explain that bit more.
Those people who got enslaved, and there are probably Rheinland people there as well, can find a better living somewhere in Rheinland revolutionary parties then staying in forsaken basements locked up for the rest of their lives. We don't deal with slavery, we just transport those people to better lives. Our primary location for delivering commodities are Red Hessian bases, and as I mentioned we can always arrange some sort of business deal with yourselves if something particular is needed.

[color=#000000]Our research interest exists mostly for the reason of providing safety measures for cardamine-free population of Rheinland, since we don't really know much about cardamine itself.
Unfortunately as for large cardamine shipments, we'll have to terminate them immediatly with lethal force through direct atomization. So far we can't risk having large quantitties of narcotic drugs within Rheinland. Furthermore, if we desire to protect it, we'll get in conflict with the rest of Rheinland revolutionary "alliance".
As for meeting in person, I'll have yet to pick out avaiable time, as unfortunately I'm quite busy lately. Recent flu of my daugther forces me to remain within Rheinland. Furthermore, I don't want to force you to attend your time for deep travels into Rheinland space, you might not like it. I suggest meeting should take place on neutral territory. From such, the closest and safest for us is Freeport 2 in Bering star system, however if you insist on alocating our meeting in shady place, you're free to suggest.
