Well... It's been a couple of years since i last played freelancer... (Took me 2 weeks just to find the damn CD again.:P) And now i got the feeling i could start playing again. Haven't played Discovery before so i though i could try something else for a change instead of messing around endlessly with sp mods. I'm not quite familiar with the concept called "Role-playing". But i guess i'll get the hang of it after a while. I really hope this doesn't end badly. "^-^

How far into both versions did you read?
If you want to make money, I found that asking a miner if you can work for him was a good way of getting started.
The miner will tell you what to do.
Or, ask an [Angel] in space.
I read the first version completely... Second one about half of it. Didn't understand the rest of it though... I find it rather complicated for my finnish brains.
