So basically this is perfect pirate ID at the moment ?

Unless this means if you come into Rheinland or Liberty with Junker Guard ID you'll be sanctioned, which basically as it's buyable only in Puerto Rico is absolutely ridiculous ?

Keyword being operate. Bunter caps can't operate in house space, but they can move through (bunter royalty will scold you for being in house space though).

Pretty much like Hogosha. Except for the ZoI defined in ID and drinking wine instead of sake.

Junkers of Sirius and Junkers of Gallia are 2 totaly different factions. And that is very much the Congresses stance on that.
For Sirian Junkers to be associated with Gallic Junkers in any way is suicide once Gallia invades.
If thats going to be the case:

It must be:

- Cannot ally with any other junker that doesnt originate from Gallia, hogosha.

Junker/Guard ID( Regular) - Cannot ally with Hogosha, Gallic Junkers.

THe way I see it: Gallic junkers would have to be at war with lets say junkers from bretonia, or liberty simply because theyr to operate in gallia only, like hogosha in kusari, and the normall junkers in liberty/bretonia (not so sure about rheinland) due to territorial claims.

It is just like how Junkers ahve war with hogosha right now(Well, conflicts at least).:)

ALso, They are 'known' for the leave us alone - we leave you alone basis. Meaning, a gallic junker gallic junker who supplys bretonian junkers would cause alot of conflicts within brtonia, due to the hostile acts between gallia and bretonia.

Last time I checked Junkers are not lawful neither in bretonia or in gallia, therefore sure they can reunite if they want.

Junkers are Quai-Lawful.
Unlawfulls get shot on sight by Police and Navy Factions.
Junkers only get this treatment in Kusari.

We can reunite if we want. But why would we? Staying seperate accomplishes the goals of Both Junker Factions

Your wrong BHG cannot move caps through House space at all. BHG| had forbidden it,ID forbids it,and admins said they will sanction for it.

ID does not forbid moving through, merely operating in.
