but there are 2 things i dont know what they want
i cant find
the 7 Rights of Official Factions, and Associated Responsibilities
and
1) Name the four members of the Admiralty. (Forum name, character name and rank.)

That's your task to find out and to look it up. It's supposed to be that way.
Suddenly [RM] feels so easy to join. Then again only people that know of the place known as Rheinland apply there so it's np : )))))
And ye, Korny's right - that's your test that you need to pass on your own in order to be [LN].
You just don't seem to realise the need to do a silly test before you can seriously pretend to be a battleship captain :P

You can use the search function located at the top right of the forums to find all relevant information you need.
