Pilots;
  • Just recently my fellow congressmen and I have received a very disturbing transmission from a fellow Junker. Supposedly you attack one of ours, "Chuckwagon".

    If you could, please explain what occurred today.

    I will be awaiting a prompt response.

Good day Mr.Clark, I would be very glad to explain it to you. You see Mr.Clark relation between Junker Congress and Lane Hackers is a strong one and we wouldn't shoot or try to extort any everyday junker who works for a living or such.

Now the vessel you are talking about was pleasantly asked to stop by Mr.Largo, he first refused until Mr.Largo changed his mind. But of course this wasn't enough, so the captain of the vessel became unpleasant and I quote "What do you want hackers, I'm busy". Now this would be perfectly fine if :

1. The said vessel didn't haul gold ore for Ageira Facilities
2. The said vessel didn't openly cooperate with LNS warship, who was "protecting him" which makes me think he has more to hide then it was visible

As you can see on Mr.Largo's scanner, LNS was allied with said vessel and opened fire on us along with the said vessel. So we pulverized them both. So Mr.Clark, either this man is posing as junker or he is a collaborator of Liberty government which we are no fans of. I hope this explains the said "incident".

Actually, I don'€™t see that on Mr. Largo'€™s scanner. I don'€™t see anything showing the Junker was allied with the navy or that he was doing anything offensive. Now, if he was working with the navy, I would like to know about that. There are many questions I'€™d like to ask him. So far all the visual proof you have submitted shows us is two Hackers shooting a Junker.

Paco;
  • Yes, thanks for the prompt response.

    You bring up the fact that we was hauling Ore to Ageira, do you have proof of such accusation? How can you bee sure that was not a shipment en route to Thunder Bay, or Rochester? Please explain this.

    As Arbiter Crow said, it looks like you are just shooting a Junker with the guncam you provided.

    If there is a declaration of alliance between the two, I would love to see it.

    Again, I expect a prompt response.

I'll provide you with as much evidence we were able to collect under fire from the said LNS ship protecting the junker vessel. Some are extracted from my ships communication log.

Quote:[10.03.2011 00:32:33] Largo:: Junker with gold ore.

Mr.Largo spotted a junker vessel with gold ore, and asked for support since LNS ship was escorting this ship.

Quote:[10.03.2011 00:33:58] LNS-Wasatch: leave this gentleman alone

This is a statement from LNS ship without any question or demand directed to said junker, which made us suspicious about his actions.

Quote:[10.03.2011 00:35:04] LNS-Wasatch: im telling you to leave

Again, the LNS ship is being strangely overprotective about junker vessel who hasn't been asked nothing but to stop at that moment.

Quote:[10.03.2011 00:39:22] Chuckwagon: good job patrol ing you dunce

This is the junker vessel in question openly stating that LNS ship was patrolling for him. Now tell me gentlemen why does a junker vessel with cargo inbound to junker, not corporate base needs capital navy ship protection ?

Here you can see this was no ordinary snubcraft which usually patrol the California system, this was a war ship openly protecting what I presume is valuable shipment to Liberty government.

Unfortunately I didn't manage to capture more visual data while I was under fire from this LNS vessel, but I'm sure that captain of junker vessel can provide you with evidence of his cargo, or maybe some sort of deal with LNS vessel.

Now that being said Mr.Crow and Mr.Clark, I'm sure junkers at least those I met on my adventures don't seek protection from navy who oppresses them very often. But do correct me if I am wrong.

Paco;
  • From the evidence you have provided I can not definitely agree in what you are saying here.

    The Junker never said to having the LNS patrol for him, he just called the officer a 'dunce', which is an insult.

    All I see, is a LNS warship being a tad trigger happy. The blame can not be put on the Junker captain in question for the actions of LNS vessels.

You have not provided ANY additional proof. There is nothing whatsoever that shows the Junker was being escorted by a naval vessel. I didn'€™t know Liberty Navy seige cruisers were in the habit of escorting anyone, let alone Junkers. Now, if a Junker vessel did fall under attack and another vessel offered to intervene, to you think the Junker captain should turn that help away so he cold offer his ship up as a holy and acceptable sacrifice? Who are you kidding here? This discussion is closed, I'€™ll take it up with your superiors.

Frankly I do not understand you in this matter Mr Crow and Mr Clark.

You have asked what happened, and you have been told. Yes, the evidence to back our claims were insufficient, but I can never blame our pilots if they prioritize survival and the pursuit of our usual agenda against making footage. Maybe Mr Pistols did only assume that your pilot was supplying Detroit Munitions, but the presence of a warship and USI statistics both suggest so.

The only thing I can state here as a negative towards our agents concerning the incident in question is the recording inefficiency in a diplomatically sensitive matter where our motives might be mistaken with common greed. I hope that fact is only sad for we couldn't provide hard evidence that might be effective even in court, and not for we lost a bit of our credibility for it.

If the crew of the 'Chuckwagon' doesn't operate by the guidelines set by your organization, than we are sorry that we could only do some minor damage to his craft and credit-account, and couldn't prove the incursion. If the mistake was ours, than I can only hope that it won't outweight all the assistance we did and do provide the Congress in times of need.
