Hi, welcome to Discovery RP 24/7! In case it's not obvious, this is a Roleplay server. Roleplay is mandatory.

Please read the server rules and have fun! Join a faction if you want to get to know people quickly.

If you ever need help, it is usually better to ask here in the forums than in game.
If you see a player tagged with [The_Angels] in game, they're a non-roleplay group which will help you out with any problems you have.

In game, type /help to see a list of server commands. On that note, regardless of what anyone says, never type /selfdestruct. You will lose your ship.
The /showrestarts command can be particularly useful; it will display a number of options you can use to create a character more easily in certain areas - it will give you a CSV with some bsdic guns, and a reputation that makes it easier to be friendly with groups in that chosen area. To select one of those options, type /restart <type>
where <type> is the name of the restart. Just be careful, as you will lose all of your current money and equipment.

does the US server have a strict rp environment as well? anyway hi.
