The story can look simple, but all the detail, the BO, the sound ambiance...
Oh god.
Soban, I was waiting for the movie, hoping it would be somewhat similar to Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, but when i watched the Iron Sky i had to agree with the reviews - the movie sucked. It was just absurd, the idea was/is very interesting, but the outcome just terrible. Perhaps Steven Spielberg would've made it awesome, another idea wasted.
Maybe it is simple. But it's a parody. And should not be seens as a serious film. The absurd part is good. But maybe I'm too used to those. French film with De Funes are nice.
And it's priceless, lot of references Der Untergang, Steam Boy.
The whole film BO, and effect are quite nice for independant:)
