is this allowed or not? i cant find anything in the rules against it, nor can i find anything about it at all? please correct me if im wrong

Upon docking/undocking,once the ship is in the video sequence,it is immune to weapons fire.
However,this kind of action is HIGHLY frowned upon,and depending on the situation,may or maynot be a sanctionable offence.
Better to just not do it,in my opinion.......

yeah i was the victim in the action in question. i just thought i would ask. thankfully i was not destroyed, but i found it very frustrating tbh :nono:

It's not sanctionable. Because, when undocking you're invulnerable for a short while. Also, if someone is shooting you while you are slow docking, thus he actually gets a chance to hit you, you're probably doing something wrong.

Just to reiterate:
Being shot when docking is not, and never was, sanctionable.
