RepEx Corporation Announces Official Corporate Structure Changes

For the last 10 years Republican Express Shipping has been the leading provider of transportation needs for businesses and individuals throughout the Sirius galaxy. Today, RepEx has announced that the company will no longer be called Republican Express Shipping and has filed an official petition to the Rheinland Business Ministry for the name change. The company will forthwith be known as The RepEx Corporation. In addition to this they will no longer be under the direct umbrella of Republican Shipping. RepEx will still be utilizing Republican bases for its shipping and manufacturing operations, and will continue to maintain a firm partnership with Republican Shipping but will no longer be privately held by them.

Our business expands far beyond the realms of shipping alone, therefore we no longer felt that the name personified our company. However, RepEx has become a household name all over Sirius and we did not want to dump it all together, states Board of Directors Chairman Alex Cummings when asked about this change.

This change comes on the coattails of RepEx's acquisition of one company and the creation of another. On December 12th of last year, RepEx acquired the private military firm Black Talon. Black Talon was formerly a privately held security company founded by a former Rheinland Military officer named Dieter Benz. This company was taken over by RepEx after Mr Benz decided to retire as the companies head of operations. RepEx has since expanded Black Talon's operations to represent a private military, something brand new to Sirius. The second company, still not at full operational status, is a weapons system development and distribution operation called Black Market.

We are very excited about these two new business ventures we are undertaking. Black Talon will be our military arm. They will provide defensive security as well as an offensive capacity against the many enemies of commerce in this sector.... Black Market will be making groundbreaking advancements in the field of weapons technology, both surface based and spacecraft mounted. It will also aim to provide affordable and viable defense solutions for the four major houses, Mr Cummings said in a January 8th interview with CNS.

In addition RepEx has announced the releasing of public shares for the corporation. The RepEx Corporation will go public as of February 1st, 816. The stock will be offered on the Manhattan Stock Exchange. In accordance with Rheinland anti-trust regulations, a board of directors has been formed with former CEO and company founder Alex Cummings as its chairman. Due to this change, former Chief Operations Officer Ulrich Wagner will be taking over as RepEx's CEO. The candidates for CEO of Black Talon and Black Market remain to be announced, but market analysts speculate that the CEO of Black Talon will most likely be a former member of the Rheinland Military.

This is a huge announcement and should do wonders [for the market]. Investors will chomping at the bit to get their hands on a piece of this stock. I would expect the stock to jump in multitudes of hundreds on the very first day [it goes public]. stated John Robertson, a well known Market Analyst with the Manhattan Stock Exchange. The entirety of the Virginia system is a restricted area to all non-military traffic under Liberty law. Permission of senior staff of the Liberty Navy or Liberty Security Force is required to enter, and approval of the Fleet Admiral is required for a permanent right of passage. Liberty Navy and Security personnel are authorized to stop, search and eject pilots under threat of lethal force within this area.

The entirety of Zone 21 and the surrounding minefield is a restricted area to all traffic except senior staff of the Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Force or entities directly authorized by them. Permanent passage may only be given by cosignature of the LSF Director and one of Liberty’s 2 Fleet Admirals. Lethal force is authorized towards any non-military vessels which attempt to trespass, and military trespass may be punishable by suspension or warning. Only ONE warning will be given towards any vessel attempting to breach Zone 21, which if not heeded will result in the destruction and kill on sight status of the offending ship. In the system itself, all unauthorized ships will be destroyed without warning.

The Hellfire Legion is hereby setting up a blockade around the House of Liberty. All shipping in and out is forbidden henceforth. Any civilians attempting such are considered to be committing acts of war, and are thus at a liability. Any attempt at shipping will be either redirected around Liberty or to the nearest Legion-supported base, or result in a confiscation of cargo. The choice is completely up to the one committing aforesaid act of war (Henceforth in this document known as "the offender"). If the offender refuses to comply with any option, then it will be considered a directly hostile attack, and thus will result in the complete destruction of the offender and the vessel belonging to the offender (Henceforth in this document known as "the smuggling ship"). Any attempts to escape, refusal to follow orders, moving during confiscation, attempts to not re-direct when ordered to, or other infractions will result in a warning, and if not complied with, destruction of the offender and the smuggling ship.

Moving of cargo through Liberty is hereby undertaken at the offender's own risk. The Legion is not responsible for any death, destruction of property, lose of profit, or any other unfortunate incident during the moving of cargo through or around Liberty. That responsibility rests solely with the offender and the Liberty Military.

If the offender complies, but then attempts to move cargo into or out of Liberty again, it will result in another offense. This will classify the offender as a known offender. Known offenders receive less warnings than other offenders. Known offenders, if they commit the offense enough, may or may not have a bounty placed upon them. Any attempts to flee will result in the disruption of cruise engines and trade lanes (Disruption will only occur if applicable), as well as two warnings to halt and comply (in addition to the original warning). If warnings are not followed, destruction of the offender and the smuggling ship will occur. Any successful attempts to flee will classify the offender as a known offender.

Informing anyone that you have been discovered and halted during the process of prosecution will result in destruction of the offender and the smuggling ship. If the offender ever survives a destruction of the smuggling ship and escapes our weaponry, aforesaid offender will be considered a known smuggler from that point onward.

All work for Liberty is taken at the risk of the offender and WILL result in prosecution.

After few minutes of droping marihuana to space and talking about police brutality, ship with navy identification tryed to stop Smoke circus Shimada, owned by one of the activists.



On this picture below we can see courage of civilian ship. Captain of luxury liner try to protect activist's ship by his own body and order to stop gived by officer of LSF when rest of captains showed their shock from scandalous action of navy ship.

[size=12]CNS was contacted by Karl Gruber, a Press Spokesman for ALG Waste Disposal, in a statement Mr Gruber said:

"Due to the increase in attacks on ALG shipping a new trial initiative has been implemented, an Escort service for ALG Transports and other friendly companies. They will be based at Dortmund Station and provide security where needed".

CNS asked Mr Gruber about Police and Military already in place, he replied:

"We are not Police, we are not here to uphold the law, and we have given our pilots strict Rules of Combat".

CNS was given the RoC by ALG, they are:

1. All Ecsort units may defend themselves.
2. Escort are not permitted to join Military, Police, Bounty Hunter conflicts with Criminals, except in conflict with point 1.
3. Escorts will defend any ALG ship at their discretion.
4. Ecsorts can defend any Trader or Transports with that ships permission, at Escorts discretion.
5. Can engage Pirates and/or Criminals that are threatning trade routes, but are not permitted to engage Pirates and/or Criminals elswhere, except in conflict with point 1.
6. Trader can ask for an Escort free of charge, as long as the Trader is not engaged in criminal activity.
7. All Escorts must obey local Laws, and follow the orders of local Law Enforcement Goups, except where in conflict with point 1.

CNS has also learned that the pilots being used are also transport ship pilots, we asked ALG if they had the necessary skill set to fly fighters, Mr Gruber stated:

"Yes it is true they are not fighter pilots but they have many flight hours behind them, I must stress the point this is an experiment, not a new Military Wing, we are NOT going to wage war".

"We have made a deal with IMG and obtained several Raven's Talon fighters, we have equiped them with Zoner weaponry, so not to encroach on House technology, to date we have only two pilots, Captain Strormblade, and Seargent Alexander. We at ALG have not decided as yet to expand on this, time will tell".

Time will tell indeed, the reporters at CNS will keep an eye on this new development with great interest, especially the Criminal response.

With recent increase in pirates activity in Magellan and Cortez many businessmen have been increasing their security budget. Synth Foods Incorporated does not seem to be an exception either.

Synth Foods, Inc. CEO of Bretonia department, Graham Knight, today met the Mandalorians mercenaries consul on a casual business meeting. It seems that Mr.Knight had more on his mind than the ordinary credits transfer as both of the parties soon entered a debate. The outcome of this meeting was extra-ordinary as well. A contract between Mandalorians and Synth Foods has been signed. Our reporters managed to contact CEO Graham Knight on this matter, himself.

As you may know RepEx has come under the direct management of Republican Shipping again. After Mr. Cummings' arrest we appointed our own CEO but he has been inefficient to say the least. Constantly taking vacations and leaving paperwork mounting on his desk. To correct that problem we have replaced him and put RepEx directly under control of Michael Richter. Michael Richter is the former Vice President of Marketing for Daumenn and will now serve as the new CEO. In his first week on the job Herr Richter has announced some sweeping changes such as: RepEx-Black Talon and RepEx-Black Market are being dissolved and re-incorporated into Republican Shipping. Black Market's weapons stocks are being liquidated and more details on that will be reveled soon. All Black Talon pilots are going to be released from active duty. Republican Shipping will allow you to keep any ships, weapons, and equipment you have and will give you a 15mil severance bonus and RepEx will pay for any Intergalactic Registry changes that must be done on your ship. To recieve this bonus you must contact Republican Headquarters through a secure channel within 168 hours. The address code is mwerte. Herr Richter wishes to apologize to all Black Talon pilots for the inefficiency in which this whole matter was handled and thanks you for your time and patience. If you need a reference for another job do not hesitate to use Republican Shipping. Now here are some of the new policies Herr Richter has put into place.

Current policies for RepEx personal.
1.Every new employee receives a starting bonus with the opportunity for a loan to finance your new trade vessel. This bonus and loan MUST go toward the purchase of a Whale or other trading vessel unless permission is given from the Board of Directors or the CEO saying otherwise.
2.Profit is our goal.
3.Every standard month each employee is to collect and deliver 10million credits to HeadQuarters. This money is from our customers and pays us for the services we provide. This money translates into bounties, support for new employees, and the upkeep of any long-term escort contracts we have. Employees who took the optional loan are asked to pay 10mil per month minimum to pay off their loan. Of course, you can pay off the loan early.
4.The Board of Directors wishes to ensure the safety of its ships and employees, therefore it is advisable to pay off a pirate if you are caught by them, we can always have them hunted down and killed later, but YOU are an invaluable resource not as easily replaced as your ship. However, if a pirate is demanding an exorbitant amount let the Sirius gods know, they don't take terrorist acts kindly.
5.Be Profitable!
6.If you are caught by local authorities with contraband the Board of Directors will deny giving you permission and will impose a heavy fine on you, the second time it happens you will be dismissed from the company. Do not get caught.
7.Hiring an escort is advisable, pirates are greedy and like to damage ships even if we pay them off.
8.Profit is the ultimate goal.
9.Try to form convoys even with non RepEx shippers, a single Adv Train can't hold off a pirate, 3 can.
10.Please try to make at least 1 report per month to the Board of Directors (message dump) stating how your ship is running and any relevant information such as trusted escorts, pirate ambush spots, new trade routes, ect.
11.Recruitment is important, if you see someone new tell them about all we have to offer:
- starting bonus.
- whole weight of Republican Shipping should someone get pirated.
- long term stability.
- The opportunity to work for the most profitable company in Sirius.
- have bases everywhere in Sirius, you can work from any location, can control your shipping from anywhere.
