I saw that most gunboats (Corsair GB, Rogue GB, Liberty GB, Rheinland GB, Gaian Gunship) have the opportunity to mount lvl 1-5 turrets. The question is this:

----Why cant the Kusari Explorer mount these as well?----

On the Researcher ID it says "can use kusari explorer, but only with lvl 5 turrets". Well, surprise surprise - it cant mount anything but lvl 8 turrets. Why? OR the other way around - why can the other gunboats do this?

P.S. Just saw that the Zoner Gunboat cant mount lvl 5 turrets as well.

Can a mod move the thread to the developers section?

We've had that trouble as well for our researcher group. It appears the admins have difficulty even force mounting them. If you have a researcher ID character using the KusEx, check with David about it and using basic GB turrets instead.
