Been picking up New Vegas again yesterday, and already played a few hours. Today I encountered an issue that really bugs me hard, it appears that when I enable Anti Aliasing, the grass ingame looks horribly odd, as it's not filtered right at all.

I did play with AA the whole time, today is the first time I encountered this issue. It does not appear when AA is turned off.

And no, I'll not play without AA since a) I've played just fine with AA until now, and b) I can't stand stairs.
Bah, New Vegas is so buggy. I have the console version, and have not been able to update it, so it caused me a lot of problems.
Mainly an error will occur saying "Downloadable content unavailable." Even though I have no downloads for it, then you lose your stuff!
OR Enemies being stuck in the ground/walls
OR Unseen holes in the ground that reset you to the beginning of the dungeon
OR the gun disappearing from your view when in first person....
It's pretty buggy, I don't think it should have been released so early for some of the problems. Then again I have not updated.
You could try just resetting your graphics to one of the presets, then returning it to your custom settings and seeing it that helps.

I had a similar problem where the grass was in the air for some reason, but then when I reset the cell it appeared to put the grass back into the right place.

Additionally, you can try to turn off your FalloutNV.esm and then turn it back on and see if that does anything, but it probably won't. Might reset the cell, though, which would be neat.

Hope that helps a little bit.
