The only thing we ask in return is that you give our fighters and transports docking rights for refueling and repair purposes. As your intel has likely suggested, we are currently damaged and low on resources, and this would be valuable aid to us.

We offer 10 percent of all our shipments to liberty in exchange for docking privileges at Mactan.

We have just over seven thousand units sitting on your doorstep. Your share will be 1250 units of that as a show of good faith, if this arrangement is agreeable to you. If you would like to propose alternate terms, we are willing to listen.

Beyond our personal needs, our interest in cardamine primarily lies in its distribution across Liberty's population. All cardamine shipments into Liberty may be required to donate a small portion for the Lane Hackers' needs, but this depends first on our immediate proximity to the shipment's arrival. To wit, we will not interfere with your shipments, and you will not object to providing any Lane Hackers on scene with whatever supply they request. Absent our proximity, you may deliver in full to Liberty's population with our warmest regards.

Until the benefits of your presence have been suitably established, we suggest you restrict your resupply needs to Freeports and Junker facilities.
