i'm amazed at the longevity that freelancer has. it brought communities together, and they keep it going. i played it years ago (only played mp, never played sp), and have been looking for a suitable space sim replacement ever since. they just don't make games like this anymore.
Nor will they, it's all fancy graphics bullsh1t these days.
No more good ol' Duke and such.
