Never safe money on the PSU. Apart from that, not bad. I don't roll for AMD's these days anymore though..
Seasonic is a decent PSU brand. Although I do agree with you regarding AMD processors, their graphics cards are nice but for CPU horsepower, get an Intel i5 if you can afford it.
I know someone who's basically -the- hardware geek around town, he didn't recommand Seasonic. But anyway, AMD processors were decent back in time, now Intel just gives you more bang for your buck, both in mid-and high end segments.

Why not get a cooler master gold or corsair enthusiast series PSU? they will keep your parts safe..
I'd always go for bequiet!. Been going for it for ages.
I'd say get an i5-2500k instead of a AMD core.

Also, I'd get a ASUS GTX 560ti instead of a HD 6950.
I order on this site and for me its not so far away, 30 minutes with my car.

HiQ24
ASUS GTX 560ti only 1 GB...That ATI have 2 GB:D
For PSU I can chose Sursa Inter-Tech Energon 650W - is cheaper
About coolers...this case have some RAIDMAX Hurricane black
Don't go for the cheapest PSU, for your PC's healthy's sake, and your own.
