If some people remember, I posted a post reguarding a replacement of the orginal sound files. Its not working, so Im taking a alternative method and making it so you can choose between the original and the replacements and makin it into a mod instead. I have WVB10 LE Edition and Audacity, so all I really need to know is exactly how would I go about making the mod. According to most tutorials, sample rate and such dont matter, only that its in WAV format. Exactly who would I set up the XML file, etc. Kinda first time making a mod for a game that isnt in a editor and in multiple files.
