This is for an Outcast group called 'The 81 Syndicate.' It's primarily a smuggling group as of this moment.

You have total freedom to make me whatever. And if i like it, i will pay you. Though some things to possibly include/go by are as follows:

- The name, or a reference to the name, maybe the number 81.
- An OC symbol, would look pretty cool
- Make it look dark, evilish
- No bright blue, green, purple.. Dark colors except for a bright yellow, that's the only exception

Don't make it bright or leave it as it is, that would ruin the look. So ya.. I'd gladly be willing to pay for this. Did you want payment after the edit?
