Ok so The bison was supposedly made for the Armed forces but the navy nor the LPI are allowed the ship due to cargo restrictions on thier IDs... Can i get a permit to fly one under said IDs??

No it wasn't. It was made to make important shipments with safety.
All the Important shipments are handled by the Big Three. So not many goods are transported by LN. So it does not need a big transport. Moreover Liberty Navy have enough fleets to escort its convoys.
I can understand the navy using these to carry supplies to the frontline and forward bases, but can you make a case for why the LPI would use this ship? For prisoners etc the prison liner is used. For valuable contraband you got armored transports.
I guess Ducky will be annoyed.
His Convoy group can't use Shires anymore and his Rheinland group can't be made. (if he still had that in mind)
I think the military forces should be allowed to use all transport sizes. As far as I remember I rarely saw any military ID'd transports around besides those actually used iRPly (Convoy for example).
Police using big transports on the other hand doesn't make much sense, prison transport can be done with the prison liner etc.
Btw are liners restriced by "Can use Liner..." or by transport size now?
Fair point on the LPI front aeternus.... I decided to go with A USI ID and LPI affiliation in the end But thanks all for the feedback
