I'm still getting a 25 % core nerf with this set up. Is there a reason for this or is it an oversight?

Civvie ones. I know it's not the weapons, it's the standard nerf for using a ship that is 'white-celled' to your ID.
Bayonet is supposed to be considered as a BW ship as of now, so I'm sure this is an oversight.
