LNS-Melbourne and NY-[Trader] have been sanctioned for:
Swapping from a dead trader to your bomber to re-engage is strictly against the rules.
The bomber has had all it's teeth removed, it's bank account removed, and it's hold cleared for the
relevant paperwork.
