What is the zoi of council ships in 4.86?

Can they go to all sirius with any shipand dock house space?

In 4.86 i see them in in liberty, kusari, rheinland and sometimes alpha and gamma. Didnt mention bretornia because they are always there.
Not sure if you've noticed, but all the Council ships that go through Liberty, Kusari and Rheinland are transports and their escorts, sometimes. Bretonia is well within their ZOI, as it's the major war front for Gallia, so you'll see plenty of activity there, including capital ships.

As for Omicron Alpha, well it's one of the two ways out of Gallia, so it's quite used by the Council. And Gamma, see above.
I would expect to see them in the TAUs, Some of Kusari, Bretonia, Baffin, Coronado, Liberty,Perhaps the Sigmas. I would not expect to see them in Rhineland (dispite seeing Rhiney BS in Gallia) or in the Omegas...or guard systems. (Warships). The council is actively fighting the GRN so sure we'll see them in Bretonia.

Additionally, I believe Liberty and Kusari both would consider cap ships in their house space an act of war. But time will tell. As it stands now, there is no official word on Zone of Influence for the Council. Until that happens, we are left to make our best judgements. But of course for everything else there's the Lolwut, right?

Oh yes i have noticed that they are transports. I was asking this because of the following things:
1) council transports have no restriction to thier size
2) they have no restriction of docking at any part of sirius
3) they have no restriction in commodities
4) no one in the sirius is hostile to them(as only grn is hostile by id i think)

And this part right here cuts them from the best profit routes of Sirius.

If you ask me, it's quite balanced. They can't mine, either. Only potentially buy ore, which would still balance the market.
Council ships are not too welcome in Kusari at the moment.
