Theres no reason a house should need a war to stay alive.
Things are almost as they should be now. Kusari ships are quite balanced among each other but are far smaller and faster as their foreign counterparts. So no more Q_Q about OP Kusari ships now. If you happen to face them you are either flying OP Gallic ships or decided to go to Kusari as a hostile yourself.
The only exception right now is Samura who are still red-celled to the Black Dragon, a ship created by themselves. Are we really supposed to use GMG tech instead?
KNF can fully focus on harrasing gaijins inside Kusari now. :cool:
