As the Umbrage cruiser is the coolest looking ship not available. Could it not somehow be made available to some or all factions even if nerfed?

A ship's just a ship. I thought RP was to do with ID.
It's ugly as hell, and hardly seems like a cruiser.
I can't wait to see pirates with it.. No really, let the Umbrage go away, i won't miss it for sure.
