Its not supposed to. The wiki information is still out of date it seems.
Sorry, you'll find the Wiki is out of date until the final release of 4.86.
We're sort of tentative to edit all the pages when we know they'll be changed again.
I'll be doing all the IDs and Commodities, for example.

Its stats in-game also says that it has 2 CM slots, so prolly a bug or someone just miss-typed the stats.
I know I might sound crazy, but maybe he's just trolling?
Or maybe he just wants an Osprey with 2 CMs.
