You get invited, no other options.

To be blunt and honest, you don't.
You cannot apply.
You have to be invited, moreover, i believe they only invite you after in-game roleplay that isn't prearranged.
I've been playing disco for two years (and a lot of that in the OMegas and omicrons) and i can count the number of times I've encountered Wilde on one hand.
So....
Give up the pipe dream.

You're quite new to the community?

I'd say in order to join errr avant-garde/sophisticated factions (don't know how to put it better) like SCRA, Reavers, former-Keepers, Wilde etc.. you got to build yourself a reputation to the players behind the faction.

Why not tryin' one of the regular factions first?
Rp and Pvp is just as exciting, you have a chance to train Rp and Pvp and if you're lucky you meet one of the "other" factions characters.

Take a look at Liberty house factions... LH- and Xeno-rp is quite cool.
Regarding Rheinland (closer to Wilde ZOI) try RM or RHA!

Wild, Phantoms and Nomads aka "Keepers" are die'in out.

So why still have em on Disco? ....
