Well, my brother was flying through liberty in a kusari destroyer (retarted, i know, but it was diplomatic relations) when two LSF (one in a carrier, the other IDK) and obliterated him without question. I cannot prove anything because he was lazy and didn't screenshot anything, but he did claim goliath was one of the shooters. i would just like to know if this is OORP and how we can prevent things like this more.

First of all, your biggest mistake was making a post about it, because it's going to turn in to yet another flame fest. Try using PMs next time, I'm sure the LSF will give you an answer.
