Um...so it kind of seems like all the NPCs in the game have been appearing and dissappearing, at least in Liberty space as far as I know. It'll be all or nothing, one minute you have a whole bunch of inane NPC chatter and ships around and then after, nothing. The NPCs also stay gone for a looooong time. This is on the main server RP 24/7. Anyone else experience this?

As far as I know, the number of NPCs is decreased the more players are online. Or even deactivated at a certain amount of players. In order to counter lag, y'know.
