Hi i got a question according cruiser and BS. may they attack GB and fighter ?

unless the GB is a Junker Salvager, then that is a transport not a GB
Any combat ship can attack any combat ship, except for freighters and transports, nothing bigger than GBs can hit them.
But capitals running in and shooting fighters is usually considered bad taste.
Do it to your hearts content so long as proper RP has taken place.
