Your level of encryption is most un-nesscary and frankly laughable.

As to what you have requested, I shan't speak for the whole of 101st but I think you'll find your terms a little over the top.

One must ask why you wish to charge so much for such information?

Why you launched such a search to obtain such information in the first place, what information benifits us both there?

Your interested in substances which are at a limited supply also interests me greatly... What do you require such vast quantities of it for?

One of the paper pushers will surly respond once these questions are answerd, I do hope you understand why this is being dealt with in the way it is...

I will try to answer your questions as briefly as possible.

First of all, I don't see how Extended Data about a whole sector, including 19 systems, all bases and defences, can be overpriced with 100 Million credits; especially as the current price for Full Data about -one- system is around 25 Million credits, exact price being dependent on certain factors.

The Lane Hackers never started an active operation in order to reconnoiter Gallia; the files were a side product of a rather big deal. Of course, we have sent out drones to check the intelligence, it's all correct.
Since the Outcasts seem to be actively collecting data about their new threat and enemy, I thought the offered ones may contribute to your intel-gathering.

These ''vast quantities'' as you say, seem to be needed in certain Hacker laboratories, which I don't have a lot of knowledge about myself; the professorship does not want to leak any information.
However, I am sure the amount of L.C. involved can be discussed/reduced.
