Governor Moore is in a meeting regarding a special project series but has asked me to make this reply. OSI has been helpful to the Molly people with assuring access to Zoner installations despite the occasional issues with some of your less intelligent Zoner cousins; shipments of supplies to keep our civilian population fed; and other not so visible and behind the black curtain assistance.

By order of the Governor the OSI is granted trade access to Londonderry for transports and escorts up to gunboat class. Capital class ships will be dealt with on a case by case permission basis, usually for scans or repair/refit at Foyle shipyard. Please ensure that your ships have their transponders correctly tuned to the frequency transmitted privately. Our 'Derry patrols are quite strict and an accidental hostile transponder could have disastrous results. Docking codes to our mining complex are also being transmitted privately.

But I would like to think I could turn to the Mollys.
