Crest_II has been sanctioned for:

Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

6.7 Attacking freighters and transports or demanding cargo or credits from the same is not allowed for cruisers and battleships.

Consequences: Roleplay, roleplay, roleplay, rules, rules, rules. Can't be going around taking pot shots at transports in your capital, mate, and before you shoot anyone at all, we need to have some roleplay interaction. Credits and guns cleaned from the ship as punishment.

Hi admin, I am very sorry for my attack without roleplaying interaction. I am more than willing to financialy compensate loss to the trader I destroyed. By this apology I would like to asked if my weapons and cash can be returned and refunded back to my account Crest_II? Next time I will be much more carefull to this kind of situation. And of course I will never harass transport ship in my capital ever again. Thx Crest_II.
